Housing and Urban Development
sf.citi staunchly believes in building a more diverse and inclusive San Francisco for all residents. We support measures to house our city’s residents and to support pro-growth measures that address our unprecedented housing shortage and affordability crisis.
- sf.citi supports funding and streamlining housing development through both local and statewide policy measures for all income levels
- sf.citi supports adopting forward-thinking building innovations to address our current housing shortage in San Francisco
- sf.citi supports efforts to streamline the development of housing at the local and state level and efforts to maximize the use of space through high-density zoning, modular housing, the development of in-law units and ADU’s
- sf.citi supports the recent CASA Compact report put out by the elected and civic leaders convened by MTC and ABAG, including but not limited to expanding tenant protections and services and creating more housing inclusion and capacity by incentivizing pro-density development, minimizing zoning near transit, and implementing reasonable government reform to the housing approval process
