We hope your new year is off to a great start. Here at sf.citi, we’re proud of what we accomplished last year for our member companies and for San Francisco at large, and excited for what’s in store in 2016.
Our Mission in 2016
Our road-map for the year is all about the three elements that make sf.citi: representing the tech sector at important conversations happening around the community, engaging our member companies on opportunities to serve San Franciscans, and convening all of you to learn and discuss important issues we all encounter in this city. What does this mean in the months to come? Expect more sf.citi-organized events in 2016, and more stories about Circle the Schools partnerships, for starters. We also want to increase our communications on the places we’re going and people we’re seeing on behalf of you, the tech industry of SF.
As we get working this year, let us know how else we can be serving our member companies by emailing info@sfciti.com.
Circle the Schools News: Welcoming Two New Members
In 2016, we’ll be bringing you regular stories and updates from Circle the Schools, an innovative program that pairs San Francisco companies with local public schools. Companies build lasting relationships with their partnered schools, providing the extra volunteer time and resources students need to succeed. sf.citi and our partners in this program, the San Francisco Education Fund, and the San Francisco Unified School District, created this program to make corporate social engagement simple, rewarding, and fun for companies big and small.
This month Circle the Schools welcomes two new members to our program. Welcome digital content experts, Inkling and public relations professionals, The Bateman Group. We are working now to find the perfect school match for these companies. Stay tuned to watch their partnerships grow.
